Can I don't like an item, can I return, exchange or get a refund?
As you know, Please be sure to check out return policy prior to purchasing an item.If you send back an item, you will be subject to a shipping fee that may cost more than the product itself. You can check with your local post office for details. The returned items without communication will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by our customer service team.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Due to the stock status, your items may be shipped out separately via several parcels. Please log into your account to check the tracking number of each item.
If you find more than one Tracking Number, we have shipped order in multiple parcels. Items with the same tracking number will be in one parcel and should arrive at the same time.If you have any questions please contact us
What should I do if I receive the wrong color or size?
If you receive the wrong size, please contact us with your order number, item number and a photo of the item to clearly show the size label.
We will check and get back to you as soon as possible and handle the issue.The color of the goods I received is different from the original product in your store, what should I do?
If the item you receive has color issues (due to display color differences), please send us photos of the item, packaging and labels.
Please contact us with your message picture, order number and item number. After receiving your message, we will contact you as soon as possible.
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. If you discover a faulty item, please contact us with the order number, the item number, and photos of the problem. We will look into it and get back to you asap.
If the price changes after ordering, can I get a refund for the difference?
As an online business, our prices change based on fashion trends, inventory, promotions and customer demand. This does mean that the price of an item may change after you purchase it.
